Andrew A. ReichAndrew A. Reich
Protecting and Defending the Rights of Florida's Injured Workers

Born and raised in Toms River, New Jersey, Andy Reich graduated from Vermont Law School in 1991 and began his legal career as an Assistant Public Defender in Okeechobee.

Andy offers strong insight into all perspectives of injury cases - he initially worked for well-known statewide defense firms in West Palm Beach representing insurance companies in workers' compensation matters, and then began representing injured workers when he moved to Martin County in 1994.

Today, Andy continues to relentlessly protect and defend Florida's injured workers, and is a member of the Florida Workers' Advocates where he lobbies in Tallahassee on behalf of the rights of Florida workers. He serves as Treasurer for the "Friends of 440 Treasure Coast" - an organization that raises college scholarship funds for children of injured workers. And until its dissolution in 2004, Andy was also a member of the Florida Bar Workers' Compensation Rules Committee.

Andy is a member of the Florida Bar Association as well as the New Jersey Bar Association and the United States District Court of the District of New Jersey.

Along with his wife and two children, Andy currently resides in Martin County.

David F. ManciniDavid F. Mancini
Unique Insights into Injury Claims

Born in Detroit Michigan, David Mancini moved to Central Florida in the early 1990s and began his legal career working within a medical malpractice defense firm.

While attending Stetson University College of Law, David was a member of the Stetson Law Forum and an avid student of trial practice and procedure. During summers, he clerked for a personal injury firm in Tampa, Florida.

The foundation of David's law career has focused on representing employers and insurance companies in various workers' compensation cases. David has developed tremendous insight into the way injury claims are handled, and takes great personal and professional satisfaction in helping injured workers achieve their needed and deserving rewards - an area he as practiced exclusively since 1998.

David is also a member of the Board of Directors for the "Friends of 440 Treasure Coast," and is committed to helping the children of injured workers.

David, his wife, and daughter are residents of Palm City in Martin County.

Kelly Cambron-FretwellKelly Cambron-Fretwell
Leading the Social Security Division

A native Floridian (born and raised in Ft. Pierce), Kelly Cambron-Fretwell graduated from St. Thomas University in Miami and was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1989, and began practicing as a personal injury attorney.

With her in-depth experience and knowledge, Kelly currently leads the firm's social security disability division. She also offers a strong case perspective for significant injury accidents, death, amputation, paraplegic, quadriplegic and brain injury cases since she has worked as an in-house corporate defense attorney for companies such as Liberty Mutual Insurance Company.

Kelly currently lives in Vero Beach with her husband and baby.

Kathleen E. McNultyKathleen E. McNulty

Born in Palm Beach County, Kathy has lived and worked on the treasure coast since being admitted to the Florida Bar in 1990. She graduated from FSU and obtained her Law degree from Nova Southeastern University. She began her career as an Assistant State Attorney and spent 3 years in the Martin County State Attorney's office. Kathy has been practicing criminal defense since 1993, which includes 6 1/2 years in the Public Defender's office where she handled felonies, misdemeanors and juvenile matters and was Supervisor of the misdemeanor and juvenile divisions. She currently lives in Port St. Lucie with her husband and 2 children.

Jeanne NestorJeanne Nestor

Originally from NY, Jeanne is our claims manager and assists our clients throughout the entire work comp process. Having 12 years work experience as a supervisor for one of the state's largest work comp carriers, Jeanne is knowledgeable on the everyday procedures in addition to resolution of either issues or claims. Jeanne has been with Reich and Mancini for 4 years and is available to assist all clients represented by our firm.
